UPDATE! – $1,500 Reward Offered

The Fur-Bearers have offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the person(s) responsible for causing a grievous injury to a raccoon in Oak Bay, BC.”

“We are also offering our assistance to anyone who may be struggling with wildlife conflict so such drastic action as trapping would not be required. The $1,000 reward is in addition to a community member who is offering $500, and will be distributed upon conviction of the person(s) responsible for the injuries of this and other Oak Bay area raccoons.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Oak Bay police at 250-592-2424.
