[mk_blockquote style=”quote-style” font_family=”none” text_size=”12″ align=”left”]Scattered throughout the Wyoming prairie looking for mice and voles, is a fox the size of a house cat capable of running up to 35 mph.

Conservation groups petitioned the fox for a spot on the endangered species list in the early ‘90s. Inadvertent poisoning, intense trapping and loss of habitat were responsible for most of the drop in numbers.[/mk_blockquote]
