A dog was trapped by one toe at the Stultz rest stop picnic/camping area of Ocean Lake (close to Gabes Road), west of Riverton. Apparently he had gotten trapped by one toe when the owner was in the restroom, and by the time he got to the dog , it had twisted the toe half off. The toe got infected, and the foot subsequently amputated.
