A dead fox and the carcass of a skinned coyote were found dumped on the side of the road at a turnout inside Grand Teton National Park. It is believed that these were dumped by a trapper, who may have been trapping on other lands outside the National Parks, as the coyote was skinned. Dumping carcasses is illegal within the park. Results of Park Service investigation unknown.

Trapping is illegal in Grand Teton National Park.
