A dog, "Shia" was caught in a leghold trap on Sunday, Dec 20, 2020, near the Chimney Park area, near Laramie, Wyoming. This is the fourth pet reported trapped in four weeks, that we know about. Until we can separate traps and trails, please stay vigilant. -
